how to correct some mistake in souvenirs ?

I made some mistake by making a 'found it' that I then turn into 'note'.

The site gave me a souvenir of the region that I do not deserve.

How is it to correct that ?

This is a geocaching.com issue not a Project-GC issue. I believe they can remove souvenirs if you contact them directly to, via contact@geocaching.com

do you mean that there is a souvenir missing on your profile?

I have some souvenirs too much in PGC (due to a mistake on my side "Found it" then corrected into "Note").

Project-GC just shows the souvenirs that geocaching.com says that you have. If you have fixed the incorrect souvenir on geocaching.com, then it will be correct on Project-GC after the next update of your stats.
