Hello, since some days the Tab for LAB Caches is lost. Why? Or do i have to make some changes i

It still works for me.

Perhaps you are no longer a paid member of Project-gc. Check your membership status at https://project-gc.com/Home/Membership. Labs cache stats are only available to paid members.

Cookies can cause weird effect sometimes. Not sure if they could cause this, but it's worth a go. Delete your cookies, then close and reopen your browser.

Check that the Statistics -> Profile Stats -> Settings -> Include lab caches where appropriate setting is set to include lab caches. If not, the tab (and all other mentions of lab caches) will disappear.
