spokes in 360* Challenge changing from completed to needing a find

I just about have my 360* From Home Challenge completed (10th loop). I knew that I still needed 3 caches in just one spoke, but the nearest caches are about 1000 km from home. Recently, spokes which I have completed (have 10 or more finds in them), are suddenly showing as needing 1 or 2 finds to complete, even though I haven't moved my home location. What is causing this to happen?

If someone moves a cache that you have found, it will move from one sector to another.
