Help needed with challenge-checker

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a challenge and need some help.

I need a challenge-checker for the following log condition:

You are only allowed to log if you have already found a foreign cache in at least 6 different countries

and

you have had your own cache logged by geocachers from at least 6 different countries.
