According to https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCounties?profile_name=Apexx+&country=Denmark&submit=Filter you have found 79 of 98 counties in Denmark. Are you confusing counties and regions, perhaps? If you have found all regions, your country badge will be diamond (are your badge is). To get the addon, you need to find all counties.
