Calendar checker for 365 micros

Kia ora, hi!

I'm after a challenge checker for having found at least 1 micro sized cache on every day of the year (365).  I've searched but haven't been able to find one.

Ideally a checker which doesn't allow a find on the 29th Feb to stand in for another missing day.

It will be for cache GCANY81.
