Add generate time to statistics

Question

The update of the profile statistics happens daily (or weekly for non-paying members) and one is able to see the generation data below the heading.

However I am always unsure whether it is already updated after I recorded my finds on geocaching.com on the same day or before that. I can not always see this easily as the find count differs due to lab caches...thats another topic.

Therefore I would appreciate if additionally to the date of generation also the time of generation (e.g. in UTC) could be shown on the profile stats. It would be easier then to determine whether it is up to date after logging my finds or I have to wait another day.

This is something I've been considering requesting myself. Although my stats are nominally updated every 24 hours, I've noticed the actual time of day does tend to vary sometimes. By publishing when it was last updated, I'd have some idea how long before it gets updated again.

Compare your finds in your profile stats with that of the Geocaching website. There will be a discrepency, due to lab caches, or multiple finds on one cache. But you should know what that offset is. For instance, I have 11 lab caches, so when Project GC cache count equals Geocaching's count minus eleven, then I know that Project GC is up to date.

Correct, I do it the same way, but this is another case where the complex update mechanism of PGC is not user friendly. I understand it is hard to change fundamentally, but sometimes small improvements help the users already.

Profile stats are generated occasionally from the data that is available at that time. Logs are read constantly, so you can't say "logs up to (some time)" since they aren't necessarily even read in the exact order they are logged.
