Not easily.

From what I understand of the google translation. You have to find 50 caches that are within 20 m height of the peak of the mountain they are on. Those 50 caches must include ones from at least 25 different regions.

There is no easy way to automatically keep the list of caches up to date. If someone would have to make and maintain the list of valid caches for each region (either as part of the tag config or a public bookmark lists). Alternatively if someone can actually define the exact boundaries of each area where valid caches could be found that would also work.

Thanks for reply. Now i have done one xls table from all caches (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D1uwtiGOoVFxq6Di1085T_vyyA22-FmywGXcWEqC8Z8/edit?usp=sharing), so I think that it will be ok to do a checker which controls that you have found minimally 50 caches of the list inside 25 regions (collumn called "celek"). Do the checker for automatical cache search on the summit is really imposibble (it should be done only for traditional cache), because challenge works with final coords for non-traditional cache).
A better approach is probable to add all those caches to a gc.com bookmark list and use that in the checker. The you the CO could add and remove caches.
The only problem might be i a cache started and ends in different regions.
I think that do it with bookmark isnĀ“t a good idea - with one bookmark you will know absolute number of founded geocaches, but you will not know number of regions and also sometimes are more than one geocache for same hill..If it is possible, that ideal will be do it in this styles f.e. regions with 3 hills, on one of them are 2 caches: name of regions - GC1, GC2 or GC2a, GC3 and then tested minimally one of founded caches from this row and also total number of "founded hills". In same style do it for every regions and finally summarize number of regions with founded geocache and number of hills with founded geocache.
