Yes.

Use Profile > Solved Mysteries to selcet those caches with corrected coordinates, and add them to your Virtual GPS. In Virtual GPS select Export > Build GPX. Ensure Use Corrected Coordinates is ticked.

Corrected coordinates are not available in Download CSV (as yet).

Corrected coordinates has been added to VGPS in our development environment and should reach the live servers within some days.
