I believe that to get access you need to hit the "Support" button at the top-right of any Project-GC page. I may be wrong, because I've done this myself but haven't yet got a response.

You are correct. (Depending on the number of people sending support issues there may be delays, since support tickets are primarily handled by one person (me) in my spare time.)
