What is your question?

How to tell when a cache was first to find? Have a look at the first log on that cache.

If you are asking in relation to a checker, note that (currently) checkers can only examine YOUR logs, so cannot tell when anyone else found a cache, thus cannot tell when it was first found. We can tell its placement date, though.

One of the most difficult things about finding out who was FTF and who wasn't is nearly impossible due to the fact that some cachers might log using the website. There they won't have the option to really specificate the time they were at ground zero, which is done when you use programs like GSAK which uses the file on your GPS so you get the exact time when you pressed on the found icon on your GPS-device.

As answered by the Seagenoid you could look to the first "found-it" log made on it AFTER the first publish log, but it won't won't garantee you the exact result.
