Error Failed to execute script - what causes?

Earlier today I was using the checker for a series of challenges and after 10 of them it stopped letting me do any checkers.  Is their a limit I can do? would seem odd but I can not figure what's up.

Project-GC has implemented a limit of max 10 checker runs per user per day for non paying users.

If you load a new checker page it will say: As a non paying user you are only allowed 10 checker runs per day.

However, if you just run the same checker over and over that message fails to deliver, and I understand that it can be a bit confusing.
