How do I make a checker for a new challenge cache?

I'm requesting a checker for this unpublished cache. GC code is GC5RXZT. The center point of the checker will be at the following coordinates in Pennsylvania, USA. N 41 36.586, W 079 39.403. I would greatly appreciate any help I could get in making this checker possible, as this is my first attempt at publishing a cache of this nature.
