How do I add your checker to my 360 degree challenge cache, GC5RXZT?

We're rquesting a checker for 360 degrees around a point in PA, USA. The center point shall be N 41 36.586, W 079 39.403. Cachers will have to have a find of any kind on each dgree of a circle around that point. Any help will be greatly appreciated. We currently have 359 hides on Geocaching.com and wish to publish this cache as our 360th. The as of yet unpublished cache is GC5RXZT.

   We'll be more than grateful to include a thank you to Project GC.com in the cache description, and will provide links directly to your website.Thanks again for any help!
