Remark: How does the checker deal with this problem,

Bei den Ziffern wird eine vorangestellte 0 ignoriert (z.B. gilt "06 EU-Städte" auch für "6")  
When the digits are preceded by a 0 this can be ignored (eg  "06 EU Cities" is true for "6")

In my opinion this is not the case with the checker but if 0 is ignored then the digit will not be found for the figure 0

I don't think the checker does that, but then again the example on the page does not do that either.  He uses "01 - Cachen auf dem 50. Breitengrad (GC52FKP) " for 0 in the example.
