I created an FTF list on the geocaching.com website.  This gets used by Project-GC as a cross reference.  There is also a checker for caches that you have found on the same day as they were hidden.  This can quickly help you confirm if you were FTF or not on a given find.  You can then add the GC code to your FTF list and Project-GC will use this list to help update your FTFs.
