Is there a way to show the number of logs per date that caches on a bookmark list have been found?

No. Currently this is not possible. The closest you can get is to use the "Map Bookmarklist" functionality under the Tools menu. If you have a desire for this be available, I suggest to post this question also under the "Feature requests" and then the people at the core of Project-GC can see whether it is easily doable.
