How would I create a list which shows a list of my owned caches that have been found by another (specific) cacher?

I would do that with the Map Compare page (to specify the cacher) and a Custom Filter (to limit to yourself as the cache owner). Note that Custom Filters are only available to paying members of Project-GC.
