Hello,

Is it possible to create a checker for GC4E73D? Could anyone do it?

It should be possibes but a new script has to be written I suspect. Is the islands different regions/counties on PGC?

I am not sure if I understand the question, but I think that Malta as a country  is a different region on PGC. Three  islands (Gozo,  Comino and St.Paul's Island)) that make part of the Archipelago of Maltise Islands are not.
