Is there a problem as my account is not showing membership details

I thought my membership did not expire until later this year and its  showing that I currently don't have an active membership,  I tried to check the history and that is showing There were no payments or membership activations found for your account. which is incorrect as I have been a member for a few years now

When I check your account is shows as a paying member account, and will continue to be so until 2016-11-16.

Thank you I have just authenticated it again and it is now showing on the stats page
