Badgen page missing cache

I completed my 81 last year - but today the badgegen macro on projectGC.gom is not showing my 5/4 find (GC5X3MZ- Something In The Pipeline.)

The cache D/T details haven't changed, my log hasn't been deleted and the badgen macro in my copy of GSAK works fine with a freshly downloaded copy of the cache. 

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

The D/T of the cache has been changed but it was a long time ago so it shouldn't matter. I suggest that you start by performing a refresh of the cache information. Click Support, then Self-support and then enter the GC-code and refresh the cache.

I can confirm, this kind of Self-support works well. I had exactly the same issue and after refreshing the cache according to the guidance from PGC guys it's got resolved within few hours.
