In the Top Finders report http://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top it would be very handy to allow multi select of regions. That way for instance I can view top finders for UK, Northern Scotland and UK, Southern Scotland combined to give top finders for all of Scotland.

Similarly for other regions people might want to see top finders for all of Wales, all of New England, all of the Mid-West (USA) etc.

It is possible today. Create a custom filter for the area you are interested in and use it

Custom filter is a paying member function located in the meny with your name to the right
Actually I don't think it is possible with custom filters. The options in custom filter filters on *cache* location not *finder* location. Thus when applied to the top finders report it reports the top finders of caches in that location rather than top finders FROM that location.
My mistake i read top finder for Scotland as the one who had most finds in Scotland. Not the top finder from Scotland.
Updated my answer, a release has been made.

This has been added to a TODO-list.

It will require a fair amount of work, but afterwards it will work in most top-pages, just like the multi-select for locations.

UPDATE:

A broken version was released yesterday, partly by accident. Some bugs has been corrected and hopefully it works from now on.
