Karma or Caching Karma equals the number of logs the user has received on their caches divided by the number of caches the user has logged. A karma above 1.00 is normally preferred, the idea is that the user should give back to the community at the same rate as they use it. In other words, hide caches, not only log others.

For example, geocacher X has created 2 geocaches. One of them has received 10 log entries and the other one 4. A total of 14 logs received. Geocacher X has logged 25 caches as found, that others have created. This will give geocacher X the karma: 14/25 = 0.56.
