Tables? Or just smaller tables?

I'm not sure if the tables are the best idea, but I started with this as a list and it was not reader-friendly at all. I tried out smaller categories and I think that makes the tables work better. So I'm thinking that either A) A complete redo of the layout or B) Some smart categories to make that "Other"-section smaller would probably make this page better?
