There are 112 attrs and minus 3 gives 109...

Since the GeoTour attribute is a permanent attribute nowadays, it might be reasonable to make that a required attribute and not just an Addon. -magma1447 that forgot to sign on 21:06, 14 June 2022‎ (CEST).

I changed my mind while writing this and had to re-write it, so I hope more people add their opinion because I'm apparently not quite sure what I think. :)
  • The current Badge Statistics says that 33,122 of the 85,490 profiles have the GeoTour-attribute but only 24,719 has the diamond-badge. Might make sense to make it mandatory since the attribute is apparently easier than the diamond?
  • If it's "more permanent" is a bit of matter of definition. Archived GeoTours have always kept their attribute, so there's been players with "permanent GeoTour-attributes" for a long time. The difference now, as I understand it, is that when the GeoTour ends the caches have to be archived and therefor the attribute should stay in peoples stats because it stays on archived caches as always. The wiki also mentions it's "quite rare" and that part should still be true, so I guess that depends if that should be taken in to consideration or not?
The fact that there are more people with the addon than the diamond makes me lean towards including it.

It is unclear which 103/107/111 attribute to find for Leapday - addon

This page says 103: https://project-gc.com/w/Leap_day_addon Another page says 107. Yet another say 111.

What is required to get the leap day add-on?

By looking at the code it should require the same amount as the Diamond itself. That is to log all attributes except Needs Maintenance, Lost and Found Tour, Partnership Cache, and Cactus (which is always ignored by Project-GC). And 108 is the required amount according to the current code base. The following comment can be found in the code where it defines the value 108, "All positive+negative minus L&F, NM, Partnership (3*20+6-3+2*20+1 +4 = 108)". The values have changed a bit the last years due to Geocaching HQ adding more attributes. Regardless the Wiki pages should preferably use the correct numbers of course. --magma1447 (3305483) (talk) 09:47, 30 May 2023 (CEST)
