Personal cache note
A personal cache note is a premium member feature at Geocaching.com, this is the box at top of a cache page where a user can make personal notes about the specific geocache. These notes can not be accessed by others. A common use of them is to document the solution of a mystery cache or similar uses.
Personal cache notes at Project-GC
- In all maps at Project-GC the icon of the geocache can indicate if the authenticated user have a personal cache note on the cache, this is shown by a small pencil in the lower right corner of the icon.
- The tool Solved Mysteries uses the personal cache notes as one method to find a user's corrected coordinates.
