RouteBuilder

Route Builder is a tool that allows a user with paid membership to build specific routes that can later be used in the Route-filter on the tools that allow that filter.

The tool is used by clicking "New Route" and then adding information about the route.

• Route name - This name is later used in filtering and should be something recognizeble.
• Distance from route (km) - A distance of at least 0.1 km is required, caches within this distance froum the route will be included in the filter.
• Driving, Walking or Bicycling can be selected with radio buttons.
• A checkbox to optimize route - This helps calculate the order of waypoints to ensure the shortest traveling distance.
• Origin - A place to start the route, this can be a town, a street address or a coordinate in decimal form.
• Waypoint (optional) - Added waypoints can be made to the route in the same format as Origin and Destination.
• Destination - A place to finish the route, this can be a town, a street address or a coordinate in decimal form.

Clicking "Build route" gives a summary of the route, this includes:

• Route name
• Travel distance
• Travel time
• Distance from route
• Number of polygons

Saving the route allows to use it in the Route-filter.
