Kyle Mills is the original author of BadgeGen. In year 2020 the license of BadgeGen was transferred to Magnus Månsson, owner and founder of Project-GC. Project-GC then released version 4 of BadgeGen.
Kyle Mills hasn't been active much within Geocaching since 2017, but when he was active he was Geocaching under the name ky.m.guy. In 2021 he accidentally found a cache, FTF, again. This looks like brought him back to geocaching from time to time.
