Premium member refers to a user with a Geocaching.com Premium membership[1]. For definitions of different types of memberships, see Membership.
Some of the features at Project-GC requires the user to be a premium member. An example of a feature that requires the user to be both a premium member at Geocaching.com and have a paid membership with Project-GC is New cache notifiers.
