Currently set up for 250 cells, you're at 256. We can change that as you want of course. I think the maximum possible for a new user is 333 since Events are forced D1 now afaik. Only if someone has non-D1 Events from before this rule was established they can get over 333.
Let us know if it's suitable.
edit: Added Locationless caches can't be included. The rest is as you requested..
