In the geocaching statistics you can read your yearly find rate (Yearly Breakdown).

The challenge that must be achieved is an average or find rate of X (number) caaches a day within one calender year.

I'm sorry but I thing that your challenge is time limited as for a minimum number of finds per year which is not allowed under the current guidelines.

9. Time-Limited
Not acceptable
Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Example, Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc. (new 2016)
