Hi, I would like to know if it is possible/allowed to publish the following easy challenge:
"Challenge Own 3 cache types or more"

And if so, who would be willing to create this checker?

Requiring cachers to own a cache is not allowed. Challenge cache criteria must be based upon caches with the seeker’s logs: Found it!, Attended, Webcam Photo Taken.

Oh, ok. Sorry to hear that. I just thought it would be a nice, small and easy stimuli for people to place more caches.
But is it just me, or do a lot of these challengenrules don't make sense?
