The challenge is to DROP OFF a trackable in 5 DIFFERENT states. It can be from anytime in your caching career. You can show qualifications by listing in your log, making a bookmark, or a GSAK file, GC # and which states you met the requirement in.

NOTE - I am not sure if this is a US Only challenge, but it reads that way. I can contact the CO to confirm.

I'm sorry but the checker system has no info on trackable logs so no checker can count the number of drop offs and where these drop off have taken place. Only the total discovery of coins and TB's is known in the API.
