This is a challenge cache. It can be found at the posted coords, but before you log it as found you must fulfill the requirements and sign the cache log. Here is the challenge:
You must find 21 Wherigo in a day. No time limit and only log once. You must show proof with dates, gc codes, wherigo.

I'm sorry but this is time limited caching which is no longer allowed under the current guidelines
