Is it possible to create a challenge checker for GC31B4X A cache is worth 1000 pix CHALLENGE?

Requirements (from the cache listing):
- You must have at least 1000 photos in your gallery

I am NOT the cache owner.

I don't think so. The checker system doesn't have access to photos (and they're no longer allowed as challenge conditions, so I doubt we'd get access). The closest we could come would be using the BadgeGen data for the Shutterbug badge, but the closest thresholds for that are at 750 and 1500.
