He needs a checker with the following challenge:

You must have collected 7 different symbols (= cache types). Only the full 100th finds and all official GC milestones count.

...100,200....1100,1200...2400,2500 for examble.

This may be not allowed challenge type, but the main problem is that challenge checker do not have information about the official milestones, which makes this checker impossible to create.

Grandfathered challenge so the new rules don't apply. The problem is that the project-gc.com milestones might be different to the geocaching.com milestones. We can probably count to "guess" the project-gc milestones but we don't have access to the geocaching.com milestones and these milestones can also easily be edited by the user. Our counted milestones might be off too, since I don't think we have access to lab cache data. Based on this it's probably not feasible to code such a script.
