I am looking at GC2XNJZ and wanting to do something similar, just asking for help/advice please

1. I wonder can I use only 10 km
2. Can the caches be Traditionals only, instead of Multi etc.
3. Can a Project -GC checker be created

Apart from Project-GC not having access to everybody's home coordinates (you have to give permission), this challenge will also violate a few of the rules of the challenge cache guidelines:

Rule 10, Not allowed: Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

Rule 12, Not allowed: Finding all or any percentage of the caches, or of a cache type, rating, or other allowable value within a specified area; e.g. 80% of EarthCaches in France is not publishable.
