[New script required] GC3YM58 Checker request

Is a checker possible for this challenge GC3YM58?

To qualify for this cache, much like the other one, you must find and log 63 DIFFERENT attributes from 63 DIFFERENT caches. These attributes must be the positive. No red X through them will count.

NOW THE EVIL PART.

Not only do you need to find and log 63 different attributes from 63 different caches. You also have to maintain an average of 3.5 difficulty and 3.5 terrain for all 63 caches.
Becoming aware of many innaccurate 5 star ratings has made me implement the following rule.
5/5 Challenge caches placed by JAC0B are not accepted for this challenge. With over 125 5/5 caches placed, those ratings do not accurately reflect the geocaching.com standards for D5 and T5.

There is no proper script which fits all the conditions as stated on the cache page where challenge caches are excluded in the results. A new script is required, But don't hold your breath, since this sort of challenge (to exclude Jacob cache) would no longer be allowed, so it's likely to be low priority for most script writers.
