Can you help me to make a checker for my challenge

Find 9 caches in the township Waadhoeke (Friesland, Netherland) and create the word Waadhoeke.

Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a W
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a A
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a A
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a D
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a H
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a O
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a E
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a K
Find 1 cache which cache name starts with a E

All cache types are allowed except events and lab caches
