Need a checker for GC83GWY

Requirements:
- Find 18 separate caches that begin with the following letters: CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE

- Same cache cannot be used more than once to satisfy repeat letters.
- All caches must be in the state of Tennessee.
- Any cache type will qualify.
- A cache that starts with a comma is not required (Highly doubt those even exist)

Unfortunately new spelling challenges are no longer accepted.
