I am looking for a challenge checker for a 365 streak with defined dates. start Jan 1 and end dec 31 of any year past or future.

let me know if you need any thing else, it has been a while since i built a challenge

I am not entirely convinced that your Reviewer will publish this. Since you are fixing the start and end dates, you are forcing someone to start/end on a particular date -- this can probably be argued to fall under "Time-limited caching", somehow. That, or, the fact that this required 365 finds in a single year.

Please consult with your local Reviewer Team. If they "pre-approve", we will make a checker.
