Is it allowed to make a challenge for 10 or more years as a geocacher?

This doesn't specifically prohibit "X or more years", however it suggests that Challenges that are "not attainable by someone new to the game" are not publishable.

This suggests that Challenge caches should entirely be based on caches that players have found. "How long has a player's account existed" does not fit that.

...in any case, the Project-GC Checker infrastructure does not have access to the "account created date", so it wouldn't even be possible to build a checker.
