Before I ponder too many possibilities, I'm wondering if challenges based on cache centroids are allowed. Such as finding a cache a certain distance from the centroid or a certain number of finds within 10 miles of the centroid. Something along those lines. I know the centroid is a movable target and I know your home location cannot be used, but I'm curious if the centroid can.

Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.
