[Awaiting feedback] Challenge idea for event times

Hello,

Looking to create a new challenge, based on scheduled times for event.

Looking for a person to have attended an event that occurs (including starts or finishes on) between the hours of 12 midnight to 3 am.

Looking through the rules and guidelines, don't see this listed as a criteria not allowed, particularly due to the fact that anyone can publish and attend their own event.

If this is possible, can a challenge checker be created?
Have GC code for potential cache.

I’m afraid checkers are unable to get this information, so a checker is (currently) impossible. Shame as it seems like an interesting idea - perhaps geocaching.com may make this information available in the future. There is a possibility of extracting the times from the description, but particularly for older events, it isn’t clear.
