Requesting a checker requiring a) at least 50 Vermont caches and b) at least 1000 finds from 1000 different cache owners. Kindly allow the output to show the number of different cache owners. If possible, also show top ten cache owners and amount of finds per cache owner.

I'm sorry but the criteria cache owners is not allowed anymore

I thought the interpretation was you couldnt write a challenge requiring someone to get specific caches or caches by a specific cacheowner, but you could do it statistically like this. Has that changed?

You can always ask your local reviewer but since 2015 there were no new challenges like yours approved
