I would check with your reviewer if such a cache is publishable. Many will not allow it, because it potentially violates guideline #14. Positive Challenge Criteria.

If you find a cache NOT on its birthday, that works against you in completing this challenge, and thus, it can be see as punishing you for finding a cache on the "wrong" day.
