[Cancelled] New Checker for GCAKJ0G-Know Your Reviewers Part 1

Hello. I hope this can be done, I looked and couldn't find anything saying it couldn't. I would like a checker to see if the qualifier has found 5 caches published by 5 different reviewers. I got the idea from GC5PF7D and thought I would immigrate the idea locally. If it can be done, I will submit a new checker request for Part 2.
