[Cancelled] Checker Request for GC75WD2

Please help me!

I need a checker for the following challenge cache:

The cacher must find 2 - 4 caches:
- one to the North of N 55° 03.510 (Northermost point fo Germany)
- one to the South of N 47° 16.206 (Southermost point fo Germany)
- one to the West of E 5° 51.981 (Westermost point fo Germany)
- one to the East of E 15° 02.514 (Eastermost point fo Germany)

Who can programm this?

I'm sorry but with the new guidelines this is not acceptable. this is seen as user defined mapping)

10. Source of Criteria - Not Acceptable
Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc. (updated Aug 2016)

The only way to specify this challenge is by telling which counties a cacher has to find a cache.
For example
North of Germany are the counties : Nordfriesland (Kr), Schleswig-Flensburg (Kr) and Flensburg
