[Resolved] GC76YCG Colorado County Challenge (3/4)

Hopefully this isn't a duplicate: (I'm not sure if the first one submitted)

Would it be possible to build a challenge checker for 3/4 of the Counties in Colorado? To satisfy the challenge the cacher would need to find caches of any type in 3/4 of the counties in Colorado. Since Colorado has 64 total counties the cacher would need 48 total counties. There are no restrictions on type of cache or when they found it.
