[Resolved] Tag Request - GC6GAER - Australia 500 Minutes Challenge

Hi,

I am looking to create a challenge similar to one in New Zealand where the requirement is to log caches in each of 400 minutes of Latitude. There is an existing checker for this cache which can be found here (http://project-gc.com/Challenges//2137)

I imagine from what I can understand that this checker should be suitable with the appropriate tags to reference Australia, and the northern/southern extent of the area.

I have cloned the tag which is located at (http://project-gc.com/Challenges//21290) and Based on the current tag for the New Zealand Challenge, following is the tag I believe should be suitable for the challenge I have in mind.

{
"DegreeStart": "S 09 33",
"DegreeEnd": "S 43 37",
"Required": 500,
"Country": "Australia"
}

The Start point is just beyond the currant northern most cache published in Australia, whild the southern extent is just beyond the most southern cache currently published within Australia.

I hope that this is sufficient information for the requested, and I thank you for your assistance with this request.

You are less than halfway to qualifying yourself and will need to achieve it before you can get the cache published.

Hi sumbloke,

I would like to thank you for your time in tagging this script.

In light of the results I have found, is it possible to retag as 400 as the requirement rather than 500?

I understand the need to qualify myself. Also I understand that a challenge needs to appeal to and be attainable by a reasonable number of cachers. While there are plenty who qualify within Australia at the higher 500 requirement, there are few local to where the cache will be placed. By reducing the requirement to 400, this will make the challenge more appealing and attainable by local cachers.

Again I would like to thank you for your assistance with this challenge.

Regards
